1. Goods returning order

     1.1. Buyer has the right to return purchased goods in 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the Order No. 271 of the Economy Minister of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001 and Order No. 258 of the Economy Minister of the Republic of Lithuania dated 17 August 2001;

     1.2. EU customers have the right to return purchased goods in accordance with the Order No. 258 of the Economy Minister of the Republic of Lithuania dated 17 August 2001 and additionally 7 business days to cancel the order. The next day when you receive your order is considered to be the first day of the 7 days term for cancellation. In case you want to cancel the order, you have to send a written request to our customer service by e-mail - juozas@statkevicius.com;

   1.3. Appearance of goods displayed by various computers and/or monitors can vary. Seller is not responsible for decisions of Buyer; Fashion House Juozas Statkevicius reserves the right to change the details of the product like brand label, etc. Therefore the product inthe photo may differ slightly;

    1.4. Goods can be returned and/or replaced in case they were not used, are clean, with Goods protection marker (please don't cut it!), with all possible Labels and in original packing, except underwear, jewelry and accessories.

     1.5. In case goods are returned and/or replaced they have to be in protective cover and original packing;

     1.6. Seller obliges to change goods to same goods of other size and/or color . If Buyer wants to change purchased goods into other kind of goods Buyer has to return the goods and purchase new goods in accordance with the rules provided by the web site;

    1.7. Buyer has to present the proof of purchase (cheque) in order to change or return the goods. The good should be received to Fashion House Juozas Statkevicius, Pamenkalnio str. 2-1, LT-01116 Vilnius, Lithuania.

     1.8. Money for returned goods will be refunded in 14 business days from the date of returning of goods to the Seller and confirmation of the Seller that goods are returned. Goods delivery charge is not refunded;

     1.9. Seller recommends to return goods by safe and insured delivery companies such as  DPD or etc as the Seller does not assume responsibility for not received goods. Goods returning charges are paid by Buyer; 

     1.10. Requests to return goods are usually processed in 48 hours from moment of receiving it except cases of delivery delay by Delivery Companies, rest days, Christmas and New Year’s celebration periods, sales, etc;

     1.11. During Christmas period the goods that are purchased after 1 November can be replaced till 8 January of the next year.
